Two Successful Training at SSIS in China

We would like to thank Suzhou Singapore International School (SSIS) for hosting tutor training in two Lexis Education courses this month – TYCEMC, our training aimed for all teachers working with young children, and LFL, the first international edition of our flagship literacy course.

SSIS is showing the way forward in China as an institution that values the professional development of not only their own teachers but the profession in general.

Throughly enjoyable course – really lovely tolearn how the conventions of language can be used to develop children’s oral and written communication. Very clear and thorough. The modules are well organised and show definite profession. I can really see how I can begin to implement this with my students. An outstanding course for those interested in how language and literacy can be taught to support students. I thoroughly enjoyed this course, and as I went through the days of training, I learned a lot that makes sense of my existing practice and future practice.
