Lee-Ann joined the Lexis Education team in 2025. 
She has been an EAL teacher for over 10 years, having taught at both Noble Park English Language School and Blackburn English Language School. She has been an EAL Learning Specialist, Leading Teacher (Student Wellbeing) and an Assistant Principal and has worked across the whole school to develop teacher capacity in the areas of EAL pedagogy and practice, Systemic Functional Grammar, assessment and reporting as well as supporting student wellbeing.
Lee-Ann has worked with the Department of Education Victoria to deliver professional learning webinars to support teachers understanding of the EAL Reporting Resource as well as developed Units of Work for EAL students as part of the Tools to Enhance Assessment Literacy for Teachers of EAL (TEAL) suite. She has also collaborated with VicTESOL and the NGV to adapt their Colony to Nation Learning Resources for EAL students visiting their NGV Learn exhibits.
